The urbanism that I refer to here is about making safe, walkable, environmentally friendly spaces for people to live and work. It suggests that how things are now (in America specifically, but it is equally applicable in other places) is far too car-centric, leading to unnecessary death, pollution, wasted time, and a lack of a sense of community.
Urban planning and urban experiences. Not America-centric.
The sorts of things he talks about are incredibly important to tackle the transport component of our emissions. Not needing to drive a car at all is better than driving an electric car.
Urbanism in America.
